Yes! Flexibility is just one aspect of yoga. You will learn how to take care of yourself and share your knowledge with others to improve on your flexibility, strength, endurance, awareness and mind body connection. Our teachers will patiently guide you through step by step process.

Prem Yoga is a process of teaching Yoga in classical form without losing the essence of Yoga in its full potential and purity. You will actually learn how to adjust your practice and teach according to the individual needs for their ultimate wellbeing. You will find the balance of both understanding theoretically and practically for precise instruction, detailed alignment, breath, fluid movement, philosophy and teaching techniques. The Asanas practice can be paced moderately to vigorously depending on the level of the individuals.

You must be at least 16 years old to enroll in the Prem Yoga teacher training course. If you are between 16 and 18 years old, it is required that we receive approval from the trainer and written consent from your legal guardian 30 days before the start of the training.

When registration opens up, you can sign up online! In the meantime, we invite you to sign up to be notified when registration opens. The sign up for notification is located on the Prem Yoga Teacher Training Page.

Once you have signed up and completed payment, we will follow up within 2 to 3 business day of receiving your payment with your training welcome materials. Your payment is due in full by a week before the start of the program unless a payment plan has been previously arranged.

Yoga Alliance is an association representing the yoga community, with over 7,000 Registered Yoga Schools (RYS) and more than 100,000 Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) as of April 2020. The organization fosters and supports the high quality, safe, accessible, and equitable teaching of yoga. The Prem Yoga Teacher Trainings are approved at the Yoga Alliance 200-Hour.

No problem! Our 200-hour training is ideal for those who want to improve their own practice and enhance their health, self-discipline, Self-inquiry, yoga philosophy, spiritual knowledge. It’s also great for students/devotees who simply want to have a transformational experience and refine the Sadhana (spiritual practices) and receive spiritual guidance and support from Swamiji & JKYog volunteers.

We recommend that you check with your physician first and must sign a waiver stating that you are able to take the class. With your doctor’s permission and release, minor physical limitations can also serve as helpful demonstrations to learn to work with students with similar limitations. It is necessary to let your lead teacher know about all of your physical condition.

If you cancel within 5 days before the start of the program or do not attend the program, the entire deposit and program tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. Once the program begins the program tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.
