Prem Yoga is a process of teaching Yoga in classical form without losing the essence of Yoga in its full potential and purity. You will actually learn how to adjust your practice and teach according to the individual needs for their ultimate wellbeing. You will find the balance of both understanding theoretically and practically for precise instruction, detailed alignment, breath, fluid movement, philosophy and teaching techniques. The Asanas practice can be paced moderately to vigorously depending on the level of the individuals.
Yes! Flexibility is just one aspect of yoga. You will learn how to take care of yourself and share your knowledge with others to improve on your flexibility, strength, endurance, awareness and mind body connection. Our teachers will patiently guide you through step by step process.
We recommend that you check with your physician first and must sign a waiver stating that you are able to take the class. With your doctor’s permission and release, minor physical limitations can also serve as helpful demonstrations to learn to work with students with similar limitations. It is necessary to let your lead teacher know about all of your physical condition.
